The Last Remnant: Battle System
First details
The battle system is turn-based and does not include any random encounters, which is surprising due to the fact it allows players to fight over 70 enemies at once. It also features "quick time events"; parts where the player must press a combination of buttons in order to win or to survive, something that we've seen in God of War, Kingdom Hearts II and other games.
In addition, the player will not fight alone and his team, "Union", will help him out during the battle. A feature called "morale meter" is also included; the meter drops once a powerful enemy attacks you and will rise once you defeat one. Its effects on the player are not fully known yet.
